Our room was surprisingly spacious and very well maintained, with a kitchenette, sitting area, balcony, and comfortable bed. It also had pajamas, slippers, a nice bathroom, and the toiletries we needed. The lobby lounge was a pleasant place to have coffee or tea. The professional staff gave excellent service, and we look forward to coming back. It’s ideally located across the street from Yoga Station, and seems suited to either a quick night or a longer stay.

You can take the same train line to Shibuya without changing. The hotel is right next to YOGA STATION, which makes it very convenient. Rooms can come with a washing machine, stove, microwave, cookware, and utensils. There’s also a fridge and kettle. Highly recommended.

The washer, microwave, and sink in the room were handy, and there’s complimentary coffee in the lobby. The station is right next door, and it’s only one stop to Futako Tamagawa, a major shopping area that’s a much better alternative to Shibuya. I’d definitely stay here again.

I booked a NON-SMOKING room because I have asthma and allergies, but the room we were given reeked of cigarettes. Nobody apologized. We stayed in it for less than 15 minutes while asking to be moved, and even that short time triggered an asthma attack. The replacement was on the same floor and seemed relatively clean at first, but after a few minutes the same cigarette stench came back. We went out and left the balcony window open for a few hours. When we returned six hours later, the room smelled cleaner, though there were still strong traces under the table and on the couch. We had to leave the balcony open, run the air purifier, and keep the kitchen exhaust fan on overnight so we could sleep without feeling like we were suffocating. Even then, I woke up coughing with a very sore, itchy throat. The corridor smelled of cigarettes too. The location and amenities are great, but this was frustrating and put my health at risk. The hotel won’t even cover medication bills. Management should take this seriously and separate smoking and non-smoking floors. Nicotine clings to walls, carpets, and fabrics. Please hire professional cleaners who can fully remove traces of it before giving rooms to guests who choose non-smoking.
