Avoid this hotel! Our flights were canceled because of a war, so we had to cancel our trip. The hotel said they understood, but that was a lie. They delayed things, misled us, gave us false information, and even hung up when we called for help. They claimed the booking platform had never contacted them, while the platform showed us the hotel was secretly refusing the refund and telling us something else. When something serious happened, they chose to deceive us and stall instead of showing basic honesty or humanity. This hotel won't help you at all in a situation like that.

The place is decent, and Komagome Station on the Yamanote Line is only about a five-minute walk away. That's an excellent location. In my opinion, though, the price is high for the quality. It was also hard to communicate with the office in English. Most staff seemed to speak Chinese but not English, and sometimes not even Japanese.

The area was quiet, and the station was close by. Our room was nice too, though we were on the fourth floor and the stairway felt a bit dark at night.

After the crowds in Tokyo, this little town felt peaceful. The Yamanote line was super close, and 7/11 was just a short hop away.
