We were told the heater had broken, and spent one night barely getting through Tokyo's 5-degree weather. We booked a room for five, but it was really only suitable for three. They provided five pillows and blankets to call it a five-person room, so two of us ended up sleeping on the floor with a thin pillow as a bed. A very bad experience.
