We spent 5 nights here and paid nearly 700€ for a miserable stay. It was advertised as a “hotel,” but felt more like someone's private apartment being rented to tourists at an absurd price. The Wi-Fi didn't work, and the owner or whoever manages the place only contacted us days after we'd raised the problem. We also asked several times for clean towels and fresh sheets, but were told they “don't have people to do it.” For what we paid, those basics should be included. There was no working light at the entrance. Inside, the lights flickered unpredictably, and when they stayed on, they were harsh and cold, like a hospital. None of the table lamps worked. The balcony was cluttered with random junk, just like in some of the photos. I looked through the reviews only after our stay and saw other guests describing the same problems with lighting, cleanliness, service, and communication. I wish I'd checked sooner. Read the negative reviews and take them seriously. Don't make the same mistake we did. It feels like the people running this place just want to make money from unsuspecting tourists while providing the bare minimum. I expect they'll answer this review with the usual excuses, since that seems to be their pattern. Avoid it at all costs.

It's only a 5 minute walk to shibuya station, and the apartment is well placed for getting to the heart of Shibuya on foot. Staff were attentive, helpful with everything we needed, and quick to respond. Check-in was easy. The apartment was clean and the beds were comfortable. There’s a washer and dryer on the first floor, available for a couple hundreds of Yens. Being so close to Shibuya's party scene does mean nights can get noisy. There's also limited space for 4 people, so I wouldn't recommend it for families. For young people wanting to experience the city's nightlife, though, it works really well.

I had a great stay here with my kids (22m,23f). It's a short walk from Shibuya scramble and the station, with lots of restaurants, shops, and shopping malls nearby. A great spot for hopping on a train or subway and exploring Tokyo.

We rented the apartment for 6 nights at the beginning of March, for 2 adults and 2 children aged 18 and 19. It's perfectly placed, with the train station, shops, and restaurants all nearby, and it had everything we needed. The place was very clean, and the beds, 140x190 cm, were comfortable. It's small, though, and feels cramped with 4 people, especially in the bathroom. We also noticed condensation on the windows in the morning, and an unpleasant smell now and then from the washing machine drain. Good for a short stay.
