We had to do laundry at the laundromat nearby, about a five-minute walk away, since there's a washing machine but no dryer. The host was helpful and quick to respond. This is a very nice lodge as a base for exploring Tokyo with a larger group of more than five. The layout is interesting and spacious, with a game console and anime to keep the young ones busy. There's a room with Tatami beds, a loft with more beds, and another bedroom with bunk beds for four. Recommend! 👍

We're finishing up our two-night stay after arriving from New Zealand. Our family of five, including three teenagers, found this place perfect. It's comfortable and clean, and there's a 711 across the road. Asakusa and Kurumae stations are both easy to reach, so getting the skyliner was a breeze. It's a normal neighborhood away from busy Tokyo, which was welcome. I can highly recommend it for families or groups. A big thank you to the ninja house team.

The stairs are steep, so keep that in mind if you're carrying luggage. Otherwise, it's clean and cozy, with home comforts like a kitchen and laundry room. I walked to most of the popular sights, including Tokyo skytree, Akihabara, Ueno park, and the zoo. The train station is also close, so you can take the metro to get farther or save time. I loved my stay and would come back!

The guest house was well stocked, and the room had what I needed. I enjoyed staying at Secret base while I was in Tokyo. Staff were friendly and helpful when I had questions about the space.

The staff were good, and there’s a 7-Eleven about a minute away. The stairs are narrow and tiny. Coming from Kuramae Station is a long walk if you have heavy luggage, and the elevator is too far away.
