The table and chairs and the washing machine were especially useful, and the apartment-style setup had everything we needed. It was clean and quiet, in a safe area near train stations. The water pressure was great, the instructions were clear, and online check-in and check-out were easy. A very enjoyable, well-kept place for the price.

The owner was responsive and seemed to care about guests, and getting to the airports or central Tokyo was easy. The apartment is cozy, clean, and well furnished, a good fit for one or two people staying a week or two. Noise can be an issue, especially on the first floor. It seemed that people nearby were putting their trash in the apartment dumpster to save time or money, which made noise through the night. There could also be loud sounds upstairs now and then. I used earplugs and had no trouble.

The online check-in was simple, and the studio was affordable. We were happy with it, and our family loved staying at Vacation Inn Kamata I on our first trip to Japan. It's very clean and close to both 7/11 and the train station. We also appreciated the washer, bidet, warm toilet seat, good shower, fridge, slippers, cleaning supplies, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothbrushes, and toothpaste. There was air conditioning too, which was nice to have even though it was cold and we didn't use it. My one challenge was the picture upload. I wasn't comfortable uploading all our passport photos, and I couldn't upload pictures of us in the room after check-in. Other than that, we loved the stay and will come back.

Our group of four, one adult and three teenagers, found the space comfortable, though the rooms are quite snug. After long days out, it may feel small depending on how much room your group needs and how well everyone gets along. We were fine together, so it worked perfectly for us. The location was handy for the local subway, grocery store, Don Quijote, and other convenient places. It was quiet, clean, and had laundry access and stable WiFi. We got all the access codes before check-in and entered without any trouble. After we had checked out and gone on to Kyoto, one of us noticed an earbud was missing. The hosts were very helpful, found it, kept us updated, and arranged for us to pick it up. We'd be happy to stay again.
