The hotel was spacious and clean, and being near a cemetery and temple seemed normal in such a crowded city as Japan. It’s a little outside central Tokyo, but easy to reach by train or bus. Staff replied quickly and brought us a replacement kettle in good time.

The condo looked clean and tidy at first, but we spotted stains on the sheets while checking out. We should have checked the bedding when we arrived. By then, we were not impressed! The residence is in a pleasant area, fairly close to the subway, with places to eat and drink nearby. Check-in involved a couple of snags because we had to submit our passports three times, but it was manageable.

Peaceful, convenient location, and a comfortable room that was very clean and felt new. The accommodation is modern, with everything you need on hand.

We really appreciated that the owner could arrange an early check-in for us. There are great restaurants nearby, and the location is very convenient. My family enjoyed our stay.

Very inconvenient stay. There’s no refund policy, and the room was dirty, unlike what they had described.
