The room was a good size for Tokyo, and its layout made it easy to fit our luggage. The bathroom had enough room for both of us to get ready at the mirror, and the bed was comfortable. Everything was clean, too. There’s a smart TV with Netflix and other services, plus coin laundry and Yamato luggage courier service. We stayed four nights and were very happy with the value. Shinjuku Station is a 7-minute walk away, while the hotel itself is on a quiet side street two blocks from the busy area. There are plenty of good restaurants nearby and several convenience stores. The staff were kind and helpful, and we’d definitely stay again.

The shower was awesome, and the rooms were great. I liked that it’s close enough to the late-night scene if you want to join in, but far enough away from a lot of the nonsense to get some quiet. I loved staying here and would recommend it to anyone booking in the area.

There was plenty of room to open two big suitcases, and the washer-dryer in our spacious room was a real bonus. We stayed three nights. There’s a spot for e-bike parking right outside, and we found lots of nearby food options, even late at night. One thing that disappointed us was the counter staff’s response when we asked for help collecting a small parcel from Amazon. It was supposed to arrive the day before, but hadn’t. The receptionist refused because we’d checked out. Since we were coming back to pick up our luggage that night, it would have been a small gesture to help us out.

The weekday morning deal, available until 10:30, is worth checking out. I’m already planning another session, because the sauna quality made me want to come every day. It’s a peaceful reset in the middle of the city. As someone from Scandinavia, I liked the simple, clean room and its modern Scandinavian feel. It’s minimal but cozy, without anything over the top. The place is spotless and well set up, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It felt a lot like home.

This was a great choice for my first and last stay in Japan. Shinjuku isn’t too far, and there are lots of local restaurants and konbinis nearby. The staff were friendly and communication was good. I’d stay again next time I’m in Tokyo.
