The Japanese breakfast was good, and the hotel was clean, pleasant, and fairly well located. My one complaint is that there are no shuttles to the airport or train station. I'd come back and can recommend it.

They'd forgotten that breakfast was included in my room charge, but when I arrived at closing time they still made me a full meal. Nobody had told me the breakfast hours. It was pretty good, and served on the 11th floor. The little bathhouse on the first floor was clean and nice too. The hotel has a good feel, and for a decent price the facilities made for a pleasant stay. Ogi Sushi and the nearby Izakaya are worth recommending too.

The onsen was great, and my room was clean and well equipped. The hotel is about 1.3km from Tomakomai station. There's a free bus beside it that goes to Aeon mall, and Lawson combini is right next door.

Breakfast came with the stay and was awesome. The staff were pleasant and courteous, and the hotel was really nice.

The employees were kind and nice. I found the rooms a little oddly decorated, and I hope they reconsider and improve the layouts.
