The room was pretty standard for a hostel, nothing special, but I had a very nice stay. The staff were incredibly friendly, spoke good English and even a little German, and suggested places to visit and eat. That was especially helpful as an international traveler. I’d stay here again.

The owner was one of the nicest people I’ve met, and he was friendly, professional, and keen to help me plan a great itinerary. I also enjoyed chatting with him about languages and cultural exchange, especially since he speaks so many. Winter in Tottori is quiet, which is a shame, but I was glad to have that chance to socialize. I came a few days before Christmas hoping to see the Sand Dunes covered in snow and decorated at night. It only happens on a handful of days each year, so I was lucky to catch it and spent the whole day there. It was magical. I recommend staying at this guesthouse for two nights to see it. The location is great, too. I’d love to return in warmer weather for the camels and sand surfing. Thank you!

The owner was kind and spoke English, and the location was convenient, very close to Tottori Station. I had a pleasant stay and thought it was good value.

I paid 3000 for the night. The spring mattresses were very comfortable, and the AC kept the room cool.
