The house is a clean, comfortable traditional two-story place for 5-6 people, with a nice tatami room. There’s no running water or dishes, though. It’s about five tram stops from Toyama Station, or a 10-15 minute walk. Getting inside was a hassle. It took me around 15 minutes to work out the heavy analog lockbox and its tricky four-digit PIN. If you’re used to digital locks, take care opening it.
