Hotel Jal City Toyama

Breakfast was a highlight, with plenty to choose from, including Toyama specialties like hotaru-ika, Masu sushi, and udon. My favorite was rice with a soft-boiled egg and toppings you could pick, such as sesame oil, bonito flakes, scallions, or cajun spices, along with the fried minced fish. The hotel is close to the station and a big shopping mall, with lots of restaurants and bars nearby, so getting around was easy. I had a great three-night stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and roomy enough, with a humidifier, coffee machine, both firm and soft pillows, adjustable lighting, and a handy sofa and desk corner for work or getting ready. Each floor has a dispenser with delicious Toyama water, but bring your own bottle or use the pitcher from your room. I'd love to stay again next time I'm in Toyama.

There's a new rug, a mini fridge, and a two-seat sofa, and the room is a good size. It felt warm and cozy inside during winter. You can get drinking water near the lift. The room itself is in excellent condition.

Our six days at JAL City Hotel Toyama went very well. The room was ready when we arrived, check-in was easy, and they accommodated our request for connecting rooms. It was spacious, with a very comfortable bed and a clean bathroom with strong water pressure. The in-room amenities were thoughtfully chosen for guest comfort. The train station and Maroot supermarket are very close, so this would be our first choice next time we're back in the Hokuriku region.

The service was perfect, and I loved this hotel. We had a bright, spacious room with all the amenities, and the location near the train station was great. I liked being able to ask for fresh towels and trash removal without choosing a full room clean. It felt more eco-friendly and efficient. There's also a Toyama water dispenser on every floor. Definitely recommend.
