The staff were very polite, and the Wi-Fi worked okay. It's clean and not expensive, and you can walk to Toyama station, which makes it easy to get around and find meals.

The rooms are clean and well kept, even though the hotel feels a bit old and somewhat run down. The lobby in particular looks old and dusty. For the price, though, it's great value.

The rooms look dated, though they've been renovated recently. Staff were friendly, and the location is convenient. A good place to rest after a long day of travel.

Getting basic things for the room was a hassle. There was no coffee, sometimes no tea bag, and I had to ask for the supplies every day. The room was small, bath accessories were poor, and breakfast was disappointing, just rice with a tiny piece of salted fish and salted vegetables.

I wouldn't stay here again. The place felt creepy, and the lady on staff was so cold!
