The views from the higher floors are amazing. A housekeeping lady on the 6th floor went out of her way to help me find the coin laundry, which was reached by a different elevator. She even called someone to check and then showed me where to go. Thank you!

The hotel feels new and is in good condition. It’s in a handy spot, with several restaurants and convenience stores around it. The department store next door has all kinds of goods, and there are plenty of free parking spaces.

Breakfast was a decent buffet, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The hotel is right by a large shopping outlet, with a great view and good air conditioning. The room is spacious, though the bed is small.

The service was very poor. They wouldn’t let us leave our luggage at the counter before, during, or after the stay, and the day before we left we were told to clean our own room. The room was old and expensive too. Other hotels offer better rooms and service. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Breakfast was decent, with a good range of drinks and juices. Just be aware there’s no free water. The place is a little rundown, though it’s been maintained, and I can imagine it was a really good hotel in its day. The rooms and pillows need updating. It could have the potential to be a luxury hotel if they upgraded the rooms and added facilities like a gym.
