The room was shockingly dirty, with even someone’s fallen fingernails visible. The bathroom window in the room they gave me was broken and wouldn’t shut, so I called the front desk. They replied, “Well, they knew what they were doing.” I just burst out laughing. The place was awful, that’s all I can say. I’m never going back.

The pachislot machines in the rooms are set to a high setting, by the way. The hotel itself works for business travelers as well as couples. The rooms are old, which can’t really be helped, but they could at least keep the TV remote clean.

It was my first time checking out with nothing but change, and of course I was surprised. I’d stayed in a 360 yen room, had two beers with my drinks, and still couldn’t believe the bill. It really is the cheapest in the solar system!

I use this old building-style hotel pretty often. Somehow the prices went down after the tax increase, and it’s probably the cheapest around here. Members get extra services. It has a bit of a business hotel feel, which is fine. I’ve seen what looked like groups of guests there too, so people seem to use it in different ways. The food was decent, though the portions were a little too big for some. They were fine for me.

They wouldn’t take a food order because they were on a break lol. There’s nothing on the menu saying that, so I can only assume they just didn’t want the trouble of making it. What a shame.
