There’s parking, the rooms are soundproof, and depending on the package, breakfast is free. Toyonaka station is nearby, with trains into Osaka. There are plenty of restaurants by the station, especially a kobe burger shop, and a coin laundry about a nine-minute walk away. I never asked whether the hotel does laundry because, well, I’m dumb. You can order food to your room, but breakfast has to be ordered the night before, not in the morning.

All the staff were amazing, and we got great service during our three-night stay. The food was good, the bedrooms were spacious and high standard, and there was even a projector. The bathroom was huge. For the money, I was really impressed. I was also happy to find I could go running along the Senri river and on a path next to the airport runway.

The moment I opened the automatic entrance doors, I was surprised by how much it felt like walking into a museum. Amazing. The room was gorgeous and spotless, and I was very happy with it. I’ve seen countless hotels of this type, and I’d put this one among the best without hesitation.

The room and facilities were fine, but the front desk service was incredibly poor. They couldn’t even arrange a taxi properly and ended up acting sulky. The airport may be described as close, but it’s still quite a walk, and with my luggage a taxi was my only option. I nearly missed my flight. I really felt I should have booked the taxi myself.
