We enjoyed two nights in a very clean, comfortable room, and were given a fresh Yukata set for each night. The hosts were attentive, polite, and friendly, so we felt welcome right away. The Ryokan is only a few minutes' walk from the train station. It also provides a multi-use pass for onsen visits, which I think was included in the city tax. Communication in English was relatively easy. If we visit Kinosaki Onsen town again, we’ll stay here.

The room felt cozy and clean, and it was clearly well maintained. This family has run the hotel for over 70 years. It’s now managed by a couple and their son, with the father representing the third generation in the business. Freezing rain started just as we arrived. My friend borrowed the rain shoes they provided, which kept her feet warm, and we used their umbrellas as we walked around Kinosaki Onsen.

The manager and the team were so lovely and made us feel right at home. We stayed one night, and honestly, it was amazing.

Those cute plushies are always there to welcome guests. The traditional Japanese breakfast was delicious and made with fresh ingredients. Five stars for the hospitality.

The service was incredible for the price. The manager and staff kept going out of their way to make our stay feel special. Such an incredible experience.
