Breakfast was only average, and the food wasn’t replenished quickly enough. It also starts at 7am, too late if you need to leave early for work or meetings. On the other hand, the receptionist was friendly and helpful, and housekeeping made up my room to a high standard each day. I had dinner at one of the hotel restaurants one night. The food was good, and the waitress was welcoming and attentive. Not having a laundry service was inconvenient, and the hotel should offer one.

The hotel seems to be in an industrial area, and trains rumbled by from time to time. We still got a good night's rest, though, since we were tired from our day's outings. Our room was spacious, with a writing desk, and was nicely furnished and clean. It also had USB charging points for phones. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The room got to about 90° and felt like Florida in August after a shower. I thought I had air conditioning, but it was set to heat, and I couldn't figure out how to open the window. The rooms are a bit dated.

There was a damp smell in some rooms and toilets. The building and rooms are a little old, though the hotel is right next to Toyota-shi train station.

The first floor has a supermarket. The room was good, and so was breakfast.
