Good value overall. The rooms were clean and pleasant, there’s a nice area in the field where kids can play, and the outdoor onsen looks out over the surrounding hills.

The best part of the stay was the staff. Their customer service was exceptional, and I was very pleased with them. Still, it wasn’t worth the price for me. There were bugs all over the hotel, including in the room and the “5 star restaurant,” which felt more like an average restaurant dressed up as fine dining. The AC didn’t work, and the shower head hurt badly enough to leave my skin red.

The hotel was way out in the middle of nowhere, but it was quiet and relaxing. Dinner was great, and everyone on staff was friendly and helpful. I had a great time and will definitely come back soon.

The rooms feel old, and getting between the rooms and the dining area takes a long walk.

Can’t believe the room wasn’t cleaned even though we stayed two nights. We just wanted fresh towels and for the trash to be collected.
