After six hectic days of driving, we slept really well and felt rested enough to carry on with the rest of the week. The family-run inn had a warm, family-like feel, and the staff were sincerely friendly. It felt like spending a night or two at a relative's home. Thank you, Hana sisters.

The staff were so kind and caring that we felt right at home. They also put together a captivating breakfast, with dreamy background music that made the atmosphere lovely. After a full day out exploring, a soak in the hot spring was rejuvenating. Our room had a simple charm and was a nice place to unwind by the kotatsu, especially in colder weather, and watch Japanese TV. We stayed a couple of nights while visiting the area and wished we could have stayed longer.

The public and private hot spring baths were well maintained, and the staff were friendly and had no trouble speaking English. The food and service were nice too. Highly recommend!
