The private onsen was the best part. Everything was clean and cozy, and it had all the facilities we needed. We booked just one night, then wished we could stay longer.

We were very happy with our stay as a family of four. The location made sightseeing and walks easy, and the bedding was comfortable. The place was clean, with stylish interiors and amenities, and the cypress bath felt luxurious. The price seemed very reasonable too. We're truly grateful.

I liked having the choice of a bed or a Japanese-style room, and getting to enjoy the hot springs each day was nice. The rate did feel a little high: 32,000 yen for two adults for one weekday night, without meals. This was during the COVID-19 pandemic, when there were hardly any tourists around.

Having the whole building to ourselves made it easy to relax without worrying about other guests. I never met the staff in person, but they were very helpful when I called ahead. Trains and cars can be a bit noisy, so this may not suit anyone sensitive to noise.
