There was so much food at dinner that we struggled to finish it, and the meals were nice. The Japanese-style room was quite spacious. It’s a good hotel with an indoor hot spring bath.

Our western-style room with two beds was huge and had a nice view. Everything was very clean, including the onsen/rotemburo, which was nice too. The men’s and women’s areas switch every day. I’d definitely stay here again!

The Onsens were lovely, and the modern rooms were clean. The location and facilities were wonderful, and all the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Thanks for a great stay.

The building is old, but the service is very good and the food is traditional. The hot tub water comes straight from the volcano, so I think it’s worth a visit.

The room is really old, and the website photos look heavily photoshopped. Worst of all were the toilet and bathtub. See my photos. I didn’t even dare step into the tub, would you? I won’t be coming back or recommending it.
