Such a wonderful inn 🙂‍↕️❤️ I'd love to come back.

I remember buying plump firefly squid at the fish market on my way home. I stayed here about two years ago. It's a small inn with a very clean interior, but the rooms felt cramped and there wasn't much room to stretch out. The shared spaces were small too, and I wished there were more room to enjoy them. I chose the firefly squid dinner plan, but they served only five squid for shabu-shabu. I would have liked more, boiled, and served in other ways too, like with vinegar and miso. I don't think the catch was poor or anything. Breakfast was good, though the natto came in its paper carton, which made me laugh. That's fine at a guesthouse, but for a place aiming for luxury I'd prefer a proper dish. I couldn't help wondering if they just didn't want to wash the natto container. It's a nice inn, but felt like an ordinary ryokan, and I wish they'd put in a little more effort.

The two family baths have lights in the room and hallway to show whether they're free. They're spacious, and I especially liked the large bath. There was always plenty of hot water, so it got replaced quickly and stayed clean. I met the female manager and noticed thoughtful touches all over, which made the stay pleasant. I had a wonderful time 👍️ and think the facilities, service, food, and baths all make this an inn where you'll be satisfied.

The food was delicious, with seasonal ingredients, and the small inn was comfortable thanks to the care put into every corner. I chose it because it has only six rooms. The baths were renovated in March 2022 and looked modern and beautiful. Both private baths unusually had two washing areas, which made them easy to use with several people. I'd definitely stay again if I get the chance.
