Vent du Vent.

We had a rental car, which made things even more convenient, and I was glad Parco City was close by. It worked really well for our family of four. I'd read reviews saying the key was hard to find, but following the check-in instructions carefully made it easy.

We couldn't get checked in when we arrived, and our whole family ended up waiting outside. Agoda customer service eventually clarified that we had to complete the check-in form and upload our passports before they would send the check-in guide. We followed what we were told but got no response, so we gave up and stayed at a nearby hotel. This guesthouse was the one major disappointment of our Okinawa trip. The check-in process was unclear, and there was absolutely no service. I'd strongly urge families to think twice before booking.

I felt indignant at how suspicious and irresponsible the whole situation seemed. I needed help with an urgent matter, but agoda couldn't assist, and I couldn't find the owner or management company. When I called the listed number, a man who appeared to be Chinese abruptly hung up after saying the property had already been sold. The emergency number reached someone completely unrelated. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone who wants to travel with peace of mind. Find somewhere safe through a reliable website.

The living area was roomier than I expected, and having a parking spot included was a nice bonus. Finding the key wasn't too difficult either.
