Travel Stay Utsunomiya (Female Only)

I like staying here. It’s comfortable for women, and the staff are really kind.

Such a lovely capsule hotel!

I came for a drinking party and only needed somewhere to sleep that night. The toilets, showers, and other wet areas were clean and comfortable. The mite problem, though, is real. I’d seen reviews about it, so I sprayed repellent on my hands and feet and slept without bedding, but still got bitten in several places on my lower back. A week later, it’s still itching. I had no other issues and would stay again, but they need to do something about the mites. I also left my phone behind. When I returned for it, I panicked because I couldn’t check the password for the entrance lock. Write the password down somewhere.

The room was spotless, and the care put into this place shows in both the facilities and the directions they give you. I stay in guesthouses pretty often, and the little touches here stood out, even a curling iron and a face mask bar! (;_;) The hospitality was amazing. I’d happily come back if I get the chance.
