The location is a bit far away, so you really need to plan ahead. There’s a free shuttle bus, but it only runs twice a day. The room was nice, with a private Onsen and a sea view. Service was good too. Most of the staff couldn’t speak English fluently, but they did their best to help with our needs. Dinner and breakfast were excellent.

The nearest convenience store is a car ride away, so bring snacks and drinks for the evening. The lobby has a small selection, but it’s a little pricey. There’s a free shuttle bus, and staff kept urging me to use it even though I liked walking. They’re happy to help. I stayed one night on a plan with an open-air bath and two meals. The room was large and clean, and the futon beds were comfortable. The staff were really friendly, the bath was divine, and the food was great. I had a great stay. I have a lot of tattoos, so the bath on the balcony was a great alternative. 10/10, I’d stay again. Thank you for making me comfortable.

The hot spring wasn’t warm enough, and the room smelled a bit of smoke. Service quality fell short of what I expected. The staff all seemed like temporary workers and didn’t look very professional or experienced.
