Southern links resort hotel

It’s a nice spot to relax and look out at the sea, with a big ocean-view room, free parking on site, and a reasonable price. The downside is the remote location, and the in-house restaurant doesn’t serve dinner. If you don’t have a car, you may have nothing to eat at night.

We stayed for five nights over Golden Week, and the price felt pretty affordable. The room was the biggest I’ve ever had at a hotel in Japan, with plenty of space, good cleanliness, and all the amenities we needed. We were on the first floor, so we could get to the pool easily. It was peaceful and relaxing, and we enjoyed the view and painting by the pool. The restaurant on the second floor has a lovely view of the sea and golf course at breakfast. Staff were kind and accommodated our breakfast needs because of allergies. As far as I remember, they serve breakfast and lunch only. We had a rental car, which helped us reach nearby restaurants and izakayas that aren’t walkable. There’s also a convenience store at the street corner before the hill up to the hotel. The outside of the hotel does look a bit old, but I really liked the classic wooden architecture and vintage room interior. It caught my eye because I prefer older things to modern ones. We had a good stay, just sitting back, relaxing, and enjoying the fresh air.

Breakfast was tasty, good quality, and enough to eat, served at the table as a set menu. The outdoor pool was closed for the season during our visit, which was a shame. Our room had lovely views of the sunrise over the sea, and the location made it easy to reach Naha and some really nice beaches. The service was friendly, and the rooms were larger than any we’d seen in Japan. If I make it back to Okinawa, I’ll try to book here again.

It was quiet and surrounded by greenery, with a lovely sea view from the rooms. Laundry was available, and breakfast was very good, with a different option each day.
