We really enjoyed our stay. The pension is charming and clean, the host is friendly, and there are three cute kitties. Bathrooms are shared, and there’s a common cafe area where you can bring your own food or order breakfast. It’s a short walk to a nearby beach, where Fuji-san is visible on a clear day. You may also catch a glimpse of Fuji-san from a room with a view. There’s a 7 Eleven and a coin laundry within walking distance.

A clean, cozy B&B with friendly owners and three very cute cats. The toilet and bathroom are shared. Hirano beach is just a five-minute walk away and has an awesome view of Fuji at sunset.

My dad and I spent one night in a tatami room. The futons were more comfortable than I expected. It’s very close to the bus stop, in a remote area. Compared with Kawaguchiko, it’s much less busy and touristy, which is both a plus and a downside.

The room was cozy and clean, and the owner was friendly. I recommend this place, especially for the three cute cats and the nice sunrise view of Mount Fuji.
