The dog run was a real highlight for us. It was securely fenced, so we could let our dog out and keep an eye on her from inside without worrying. We also had our own BBQ on the verandah, and the cabin came with plenty of dog supplies, tea and coffee, and basic cooking gear. It was clean and comfortable, and setting up the projector and screen to watch a movie was a lovely surprise. We stayed for two nights and came away feeling relaxed. The views of Mt Fuji and the lake were spectacular. Our cabin was near the road at the front, so there was quite a bit of traffic noise during the day, though it was quiet at night. Cabins farther back should be quieter. Check-in is self-service, and we barely saw staff apart from checkout. You'll need a car to get around and make the most of the area.

We stayed at Solana Resort Yamanakako from 21/12 - 23/12/2025. We're from 🇲🇾 and Muslim. The house was clean, comfortable, and well equipped, and it suited a family or a couple wanting a quiet break. The lake is right in front of the house, with Mount Fuji behind it. Waking up to that view and taking a peaceful walk by the water was unforgettable. The area felt calm and relaxing, just right for enjoying nature. After I shared the place on my IG and WhatsApp, lots of friends messaged to say how beautiful the house looked and how amazing the views were. They were also surprised the price was so affordable for such a lovely spot. A hidden gem, and highly recommended for the Lake Yamanakako and Mt. Fuji views. 🤍

The backyard has a fabulous view of mt fuji, and Lake Yamanaka is well placed between Gotemba and Kawaguchiko. The house is cozy without feeling too small, with a projector, a small bath, and even washing machine liquid. They seem to have thought of everything. I had an amazing stay and will come back.

We had a great stay in Lago room with our pet. The terrace had a breathtaking, clear view of Mt. Fuji, and the clean, comfortable room was well prepared with all the pet amenities we needed. Restaurants, a 7-11, and several photo spots are nearby, and the room price is reasonable. A cozy, convenient choice for a pet-friendly getaway. 🤍✨ Mardi

The keypad lock made getting in simple and felt safe. Our trailer house was clean, cozy, and comfortable, with a nice interior and a kitchen that had everything I needed. It was also well equipped and had a beautiful backdrop of Mt. Fuji. A good, affordable place to stay, and I'd happily come back and recommend it.
