The staff were so welcoming during our one-night stay, and even put our name on the welcome board at the entrance. The Japanese-style room was roomy and comfortable, and we loved the natural hot spring bath. The facilities are a little old, but everything was clean and well maintained. There’s also a free bus to and from the nearby Kintetsu and JR stations. We were very happy here and would definitely come back when we’re in the area again.

The rooms have ashtrays, and the hotel itself feels dated. It does have famous hot springs, though.

Kind of a business hotel in Osaka Yao. The onsen is the good part, excellent.
