The outside looks beautiful and the lobby is clean, but my room was old and dirty. When I opened the fridge, there was a water bottle left by the previous guest. There was hair on the bath wall and a long dyed hair between the futon and mattress. The restaurant on the 10th floor was clean. I wouldn't recommend this place, not even to my enemies.

The breakfast and location were good, but the room was pretty small. Once I opened my luggage, there wasn't much space left to walk around. Nothing especially good or bad, just a normal three-star hotel.

The location is really nice, and the front desk and housekeeping staff were all kind. But I was disappointed by how little space there was in the room. There are around 38 to 40 rooms on each floor, and the rooms feel a bit small.

There’s plenty of room to relax in the comfortable rooms. It’s also well placed for getting to shopping areas and lots of restaurants.

For 6,200 yen, I got a clean, comfortable single room at a good price. The location was convenient, and the staff were friendly.
