Our king-size bed left us with decent space, though both the mattress and pillows were too hard. Breakfast was included each morning, and the amenities were available in the lobby. Public holidays can bring a lot of crowding. We still like the homey feel every time we stay at Toyoko Inn, but the service at this branch could be friendlier and better.
2/10
We had the worst service. After I moved rooms, I left an item behind and asked staff to look for it. They just said it wasn't there, but when I went to the room myself, it was there. Where had they even looked? This hotel also clears away other people's things without permission. I had only left my laundry for two minutes after washing it, and it was already gone. It made me furious. I don't want to stay here again.
10/10
The reception staff were very friendly, and breakfast was free. The rooms were clean, the location central, and there was no traffic noise.
8/10
The space is acceptable and it isn't expensive. They have both smoking and non-smoking rooms.
8/10
It's a perfectly sufficient place for a short business trip. Nothing wrong with the hotel.
