We'd had this place bookmarked for a while and finally stayed in Dec 2025. The host sent the details the day before, so online check-in was clear and easy. The building's brutalist look felt modern and cool, and we could take in the view from the private rooftop. Our unit had two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large living and dining room, plus its own balcony and rooftop. There was a washer, dryer, towels, stove, cutlery, and everything else we needed. Parking is beneath each room, which is on 2/f. Finding the driveway took a little attention since it's tucked into a small alley. There's a big supermarket nearby.

We stumbled on this place in a last-minute search and ended up loving its clean, minimalist design and tasteful furnishings. It was probably one of the cleanest places we've ever stayed, and it's quiet in a nice neighborhood. The kitchen has utensils and dishes, plus a washer and dryer. There's parking for each unit. We didn't make use of the rooftop, though it looks like a nice spot for a mellow evening by the sea. A little bakery is about a five-minute walk away. We had such a good stay that we left reluctantly and would love to come back.

Parking right underneath the apartment and walking straight up was very convenient, and the rooftop gave a wide panoramic view of Yomitan. I also liked the large shower area. The resort was clean, with a kitchen stocked with the necessary utensils and free WiFi. The Bosco Yomitan Resort has two bedrooms, two toilets, and two bathrooms, so it works for two couples too. Insects occasionally got inside and could disturb the stay. There was no room service or reception.

We stayed in the "AKABANA" room and really enjoyed the ocean view from both the flat and rooftop. It was spacious and very clean, though there was a little dust on the ventilation parts that most people probably wouldn't notice. Basic cooking appliances and utensils made it easy to prepare meals with fresh ingredients from nearby supermarkets. During the day, mosquitoes or other insects could slip in if the door was open, even briefly. Several supermarkets were within a 10-minute drive, and Aeon MaxValue and Daiso were my favorites.
