The broken chairs and floor made the place feel unsafe. Every chair had loose screws, and I worried a child might sit down without noticing and fall. By the balcony, the damaged floor was obvious, creaked underfoot, and felt frightening to stand on. Inside was better than outside, but there was a moldy smell as soon as I came in, and the fixtures were damaged. The kettle didn't work, the pots and pans weren't properly washed, and trash had collected in the gaps between the sofas. Even the area called a parking lot out front didn't seem like a proper parking lot. Weeds were left untended, and branches looked as if they could scrape my car. It all felt creepy. I could list more, but I was honestly shocked. A really disappointing hotel.

The Daikin air conditioner in my bedroom wasn't working. Its remote showed error code A6, and the room was too hot at night for me to sleep. Paying over 30,000 yen per night for that was disappointing.

The location made it easy to reach places like Cape Zanpa and the Zakimi Castle ruins. We had a lovely, restful time in the quiet surroundings of Yomitan Village at "E-horizon Resort Condominium Yomitan". Our room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with a kitchen for making meals. 🏝️✨

I'm leaving five stars here to help preserve as many reviews as I can. When I first got in touch, I saw quite a few negative comments about things like dated facilities, mosquitoes, an awkward layout, and parking trouble. They seem to have disappeared, and I'm aware this hotel deletes negative reviews. We couldn't leave one on Booking.com either. Our own experience was awful. The staff gave us the wrong key box code, and I couldn't reach them. We were stuck outside from 2:30 PM until 6:00 PM. The customer service woman who answered couldn't help because she couldn't get through to the person who had set the code. Our afternoon trip was canceled, and finding another hotel right away took a lot of time and was incredibly stressful. Booking.com eventually gave us a full refund.

Because the detached house sits on a gentle slope, you get a lovely view of the ocean. Staying in a place of our own also made me feel right at home.
