There were plenty of places to sit, including by the elevator, in the lobby, and in the public bath, which made things easier for my elderly mother, who has weak legs and uses a cane. The hotel was clean and almost entirely barrier-free, so we were comfortable during our stay. The hot spring water felt thick and slippery, but the bath floor was very clean and not slippery at all. My one small disappointment was the breakfast trolley. When I asked for a cart to use at the buffet, they brought a large trolley. A slim tray cart would have been more convenient.

There was plenty of tasty food to choose from, and we enjoyed it. Since we stayed over New Year's, each guest got an osechi platter in addition to the breakfast buffet. We couldn't finish everything and I felt bad leaving some behind. I wish the platter had been a choice from the buffet instead. The facility was very clean, and our room was spacious enough to relax in.

I've stayed here several times a year, but this time I only came for a day trip to use the hot springs. It's always kept very clean, and I've had a pleasant time here.

The food was fun to try and delicious, and I'd happily come back. I was especially glad to have a cypress bath with natural hot spring water in the room, so I could soak at ease. It was so hot that adjusting the temperature took some effort, though. Maybe that's just how hot springs are, and once I got in, it felt great and warmed me right through. I'd used the place before and had wanted to return, so I was glad to finally make it back. The renovation gave it a different, refreshing feel, and I could relax. Thank you for the added hospitality.
