Hawai onsen Bokoro

We spent two nights at Bokoro, and the onsen, meals, and lovely atmosphere all made the stay wonderful. What really stood out came after checkout: we only realized in Osaka that we’d left a whole bag of clothes in the wardrobe. We called the front desk, and they arranged express delivery to our new hotel right away. It arrived the next day, with everything neatly folded. We felt bad for causing extra work, but the staff handled it with such care and professionalism. Thank you to everyone at Bokoro for being so kind. We hope the hotel keeps flourishing!

The rooms aren’t new, but they were cleaned so thoroughly that I was very happy with them. You get more than you pay for at Bōkorō, including gorgeous hot springs and a dinner of super quality. I’d consider booking dinner and breakfast together. Special thanks to Matsuda, who served my dinner. Accessible rooms are available too.

The hard part about staying at Bokoro is having to leave. The rooms are old-school tatami style, and the service is fantastic. It’s a bit far out, but a Bokoro shuttle bus can pick you up at Kurayoshi Station, which is 10 minutes away. I’d stay 2-3 nights to enjoy the separate indoor and outdoor spas for men and women, the foot bath, and the welcome drink and ice block. Breakfast is a buffet, while dinner is light, with buffet ice cream, rice, and a few sides. The price is on the high side, but I’d put this visit on the list for Tottori. And the hot spring egg is the best egg I’ve ever tasted. If that all sounds like your thing, consider Bokoro.

The view was awesome, the service was excellent, and there were so many superb Onsen. Mr. Yonezawa took really good care of us. We had a really enjoyable stay. Thank you, from a Thai couple, and hope to see you again 😊🇯🇵🇹🇭
