My parents and I were there from 19 to 27 Jan 2024, and felt lucky to have checked in. The rooms were clean, pretty and cozy, with the hotel newly renovated. Naeba ski resort and Prince Hotel Naeba are right opposite, an easy walk away. Seibu Village bus stop and some popular nearby restaurants are also within walking distance. The hosts and staff were kind and helpful, and we felt at home. One thing to watch: choose the correct room type if you need an attached bathroom. The hotel website states this clearly.

The location was handy, right by Naeba Ski resort, with a local liquor shop around the corner and Yukisasa-no-yu just two minutes away. We stayed two nights to snowscoot at Kagura. The room and facilities were very clean, staff were friendly, and the Wi-Fi was fast enough and worked well. Both breakfast and dinner were excellent and filling. Our first dinner was all-you-can-eat Chanko Nabe; the next was stewed Beef Hamburg with consommé soup and salad. Planning to come back with my family soon!

The rooms were typical Japanese style, and I had no complaints. Staff were really friendly and spoke English. They even let us play cards and get drunk in the eating/dining area. It’s an easy walk to the ski resort, and I’d stay here again.

It’s 30 min by public bus from the train station, and the fare is 800¥. A taxi costs $80 USD.
