We stayed in room A, and the four of us had lots of space in a stylish setup. The layout is split over three floors: the entrance and bathroom, which has a washing machine, are on the first floor; the second has the living room and kitchen, with a large monitor seat for watching movies; and the six-bed bedroom is on the third. Room B is on the first floor, so keep in mind how you arrange the furniture in the living room.

We only got two or three hours of sleep, and I wouldn't stay here again. The furniture-dragging sounds continued until about 2:30 or 3 in the morning. There were small children with us, and while normal conversation probably wouldn't carry, several people speaking loudly can be heard clearly. Noise sensitivity varies, but even my friend, who isn't especially sensitive, found it noisy. If you're hoping to rest, be aware of that. There had already been noise from several people and furniture moving until around 1:30 a.m. At check-in, we were told the people upstairs could be warned if it got too loud, but I tried to put up with it, thinking that was just part of staying in a wooden, poorly soundproofed building. Then the intercom rang around 1:30. I went to see what was happening, and it rang again a few minutes later. On the monitor I saw two girls grinning. I asked through it what was going on, but they just grinned and left. Maybe they were drunk and rang the wrong place? I was woken up, and my companion fell out of their bunk bed while asleep and got hurt. I don't know if it was the people upstairs, but in a quiet residential area it seemed unlikely to be someone simply passing by, so I contacted reception even though the noise had died down. They tried to handle it, but said they couldn't hear anything from outside. I appreciate them responding late at night, though the noise was still loud on the first floor even if it couldn't be heard outdoors. Maybe they could hear us too.

The final stretch of road up to the front of the hotel is really narrow. A regular sedan only just fits, so take care.
