The bed and breakfast were really good, and the friendly customer service made the stay nicer. After the long trip from Nairobi, the sauna and steam room helped me sleep easily.

The restaurant serves great food, and the prices felt fair. Parking was good and I felt the client safety was excellent. Rooms are small but very clean, with plenty of water and working Wi-Fi; they do need much better ventilation. Service was great. The sauna is free for residents, while non-residents pay to use it. The hotel is called Sawan, not Swan, and is right opposite NCPB, beside Hass servuce station. If you're arriving after 9pm, be sure to book ahead.

The restaurant was clean, though the service needs work. I asked for black tea, but had to take black coffee because they didn't have any. My colleagues hoping for breakfast at 6.00 am couldn't get it since the cook hadn't arrived. The rooms and toilets were spotless, the beds comfortable, and the white towels were soft and fluffy.

We were welcomed at 5am, and the customer care was excellent throughout. The food was delicious, including the sweet dessert, and breakfast was continental. Our room was spacious with a hot shower. When I asked to change rooms, they handled it quickly. I loved staying here and would recommend it to friends and colleagues.
