For a short stay or a stopover, it's reasonably priced and about average. The rooms are surprisingly better than those at most hotels in Busia, but they aren't cleaned very well and the service could improve. The restaurant feels like an afterthought: there's no menu and no meals prepared for guests staying in.

The main Busia highway location is handy for transit, with the Uganda border, supermarkets, and several bus stops nearby. I found the beds comfortable and the hot showers nice. At night, though, guests talking along the corridors made a lot of noise. Maybe people viewing rooms late should be told that other guests are sleeping.

Room B9, just above reception, was especially nice, and I enjoyed my three days there 🙏. The receptionist was the only downside, with a bit of a bad attitude 😌.
