The food was delicious, and the staff were welcoming and ready to help. It's set in a peaceful, pleasant area, and the services were great. Rooms are up to standard and affordable, too. I'd want to come back again and again.

Being close to the border, bus companies, and a nearby supermarket makes this an easy stop for travelers. It's about a five-minute walk to the border. The rooms are clean, the linen was clean, and I had hot water. Staff were friendly, and the rates are affordable. I paid for bed only but ate breakfast in the dining area, and the food wasn't that great. In Busia, though, I don't think there are many options for great food. It's a decent hotel right on the highway. One thing I didn't like is that room prices depend in part on whether there's a TV. These days, I don't think a TV in a hotel room should be up for negotiation.
