Triver made me feel at ease as soon as I arrived at the restaurant. He was patient, professional, and genuinely empathetic the whole time, listening closely and keeping an eye on what I needed. His calm manner and respectful way of speaking made the visit memorable. I can’t wait to come back on my next trip.

I came in as a walk-in and was really impressed by the hospitality. Triver welcomed me warmly, listened to my concerns, and responded professionally. He was attentive and empathetic, and made sure I felt comfortable and valued. His patience, respect, and positive attitude made for a warm, relaxing visit. I really appreciated his care and excellent service.

We didn’t book a room, so I can’t comment on them. We only wanted somewhere to spend the day, and some of the overnight reviews had put us off. We came mid-morning for a day pass. At check-in, we were told we could use the beach but not the pool because the resort was full. The main pool seemed quite small for a resort that size, though our young child could use the kids’ pool and play area. We saw just one other child there during the several hours we stayed. It was useful having a secure spot to leave our backpacks while we walked along the beach. My main disappointment, besides being turned away from the pool, came later that afternoon when I learned my girlfriend’s friend had been allowed to use it on a day pass. The food service was adequate. We had sandwiches and burgers, which were fine, and the staff were polite and helpful throughout. Maybe we’ll try staying overnight and booking a room on a future trip.

We had a good time enjoying the sun and lovely water, but this no longer feels like a four-star hotel. The rooms need updating: the furniture was old and worn, and the bathrooms especially were in poor shape, with very old, rusty fixtures, taps, showers, and wooden doors. There was no hairdryer in our room. Beach towels were old and torn, and stuffing was coming out of the beach loungers. The food was the best part. It was very good, varied, and had enough meat and vegetable choices. Each meal also included three fruit options and some cakes. The fruit juices were a bit disappointing. The staff were friendly but extremely slow bringing orders, so come prepared to be patient. There was something scheduled at the pool each day, plus a 4 p.m. snack of cakes, tea, or coffee. Evenings brought entertainment like acrobats and bands, so budget for tips. If lunch isn’t included in your booking, you can order à la carte from the restaurant menu or buy the buffet lunch for $20 a day.
