We arrived after booking and paying in advance, only to find we had nowhere to stay. We later learned the apartment had been sold out despite our reservation, and it left us frustrated and our holiday ruined. The male manager was rude and wouldn't hear us out. We were left at reception until late, in the dark, without anyone helping us or offering another place. After a long journey, all we needed was somewhere to sleep. We ended up finding a hotel at the last minute, which spoiled the trip. I'd say book at your own risk. The app reviews felt misleading and dishonest.

The rooms were clean, the staff friendly, and I liked the pool and rooftop terrace. The accommodation was excellent. Shame there wasn't any food available.
