I really liked how clean everything was, including the floors, tables, and washrooms. The space felt comfortable, with room to move around whether you're with friends or on your own, and the background music added to the mood without getting in the way. At 5PM Hotel Mirema, the food came fresh and nicely presented. It was tasty and satisfying, with the spices balanced just right. The staff were welcoming and attentive, and the order arrived quickly. I spent an evening at 5PM Hotel in Mirema recently, and the lighting and modern decor made it feel warm and relaxed. Everything looked neat, and it was easy to settle in and stay awhile. I enjoyed my visit and would go back for another chilled evening. It's the sort of place I'd feel comfortable recommending.

The place was nice and quiet, and the night receptionist on my first two nights was lovely, always smiling. I was in Nairobi from the UK for a few errands, and the hotel was near my meetings. My brother recommended it, so I stayed two nights and enjoyed them. I gave it four stars because of what happened on the third night. I asked the receptionist if I could have the same room, since it had been very quiet, but I couldn't remember the room number. She was rude and kept insisting that I tell her the number. When I asked if everything was okay, she hesitantly told me to show her, so I did. I stayed that night but didn't come back after that. Otherwise, I would have given five stars.
