The rooms are roomy, clean, and reasonably priced, and the staff are very friendly. The hotel also feels secure and has a lift. It’s on River Road in Nairobi’s central business district, opposite KCB. From there it’s easy to get into the CBD and town, and it’s fairly close to Westland and Upper hill for business, as well as the airport.

A nice, affordable place in Nairobi cbd. It works well for travellers, whether they need a short stay or a longer one.

You get what you’d expect at this price. The larger rooms are much nicer than the single ones.

In the heart of Nairobi, Decasa Hotel makes it easy to reach restaurants, transport, and key parts of the city. It’s a practical option for business or leisure, with reliable Wi-Fi and decent food choices. My room was clean, comfortable, and well kept, and I thought it was good value for money. The staff were friendly and happy to help with check-in and local tips.

I had a wonderful time here. The service was really good, especially from Elizabeth, who served me. Congratulations, and I’d be glad to come back.
