Goshen Inn Eldoret

From what I observed, the staff and waiters seemed very lazy and inactive.

The breakfast was really filling, and I loved it. The rooms were quite okay too. Service felt a little slow for me, and my room's shower wouldn't heat up. It took them a long time to sort it out.

The dinner mutton was unimpressive, and the balcony, despite its nice view, was dusty. The hotel is centrally located in a quiet setting, with clean common areas and courteous staff. My room had large windows that brought in plenty of natural light and cool air, clean linen, a comfortable bed, and a standard 500 ml bottle of water. The shower pressure was fantastic, and the water was hot. Breakfast was balanced, proper, and filling.

I've had two very bad stays at Goshen, so I consider it the worst hotel in Eldoret. On my first visit I booked a Deluxe room and went out to see the town. When I returned, they'd given the room to another group and downgraded me to a mini-deluxe. I let it go. On my second visit, I checked into a Deluxe room but there was no hot water. I called reception and the man on the phone didn't answer. When I went downstairs to ask about it, receptionist Brian was very rude. He said there wouldn't be hot water for the next hour, then went back to his calls. The reception was very rude, and management is very poor.
