Watercrest Gardens

We enjoyed the stay, but the bedding needs an upgrade. The booking process could also be better: we got the impression someone else had booked the place even though we had made a booking.

The room was clean and comfortable, with a really hot shower, and the setting was quiet. I booked at the last minute and arrived late, after the kitchen had closed, but the owner helped arrange food for me. I’ll definitely stay again!

The quiet, relaxing setting and beautiful garden made it easy for my colleague and me to focus on work. Oliver was a great host, and my stay at watercrest guest house was really great. A few times the Internet went down and took 1-2 days to get fixed, though Oliver did his best to sort it out as soon as possible. It’s in a lovely area in Eldoret, but not very close to larger supermarkets. That was the only downside. I’d highly recommend it and would definitely stay again!

Leah had arranged a two-bedroom cottage for us, with breakfast served on the veranda. The service was really good, and the host went out of their way to make us comfortable. We’d felt like we were in heaven when we checked in, watching rabbits bask in the sun on the green lawns. We added one more day to our stay and really enjoyed the extra time with my family.
