I'm very disappointed with the customer care here. Even after following up several times, the hotel still wouldn't return the extra money I paid. Management hasn't responded, and the manager neither listens to customer concerns nor answers calls. That feels unprofessional and unaccountable. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone who expects honest service and proper care.

Good food and service at a pretty decent hotel in Eastlands, BuruBuru. It's a handy place to stay briefly if you need to be around Eastlands.

The place didn't look clean, and the employees acted like serving me was a chore. I decided against taking a room and went somewhere else.

The rooms weren't ventilated well, and the bathrooms were dirty with slippery floors. Room service was bad too.

Really good tea, and the serving size was generous!
