The staff were always accommodating, and Hadassah was absolutely perfect for us. Breakfast had plenty of options, with omelets made right there. The hotel is very well located, and when unexpected things meant we had to have lunch there, it was really good. Downstairs, the bar has a relaxed feel, nice beers, and a great atmosphere. We wanted a centrally located hotel with good prices and good rooms, and this fit the bill.

The restaurant food was good, and the hotel was clean and functional, with friendly staff and a good price. My only complaint is the shower water wasn't hot, just warmish.

The location worked well for us, close to Nairobi hospital and a few malls. Breakfast was good, and the restaurant service was good too. The rooms were a bit cold, and there's no air conditioning. I'd give room service 2 stars. The bar area is simple.

My three-night booking through booking.com wasn't honored. When I got there, the receptionist said the hotel had no rooms left. They offered to put me in a much cheaper hotel in a more dangerous area, while still charging the price I had paid on booking.com, which would have cost far more than booking that place directly. I also had to pay for a taxi to get there and wasn't reimbursed. Staff blamed booking.com, but I found the hotel staff incompetent. Avoid.
