It’s a nice place, though the price seems a bit high.

The room looked very clean, and the location was pretty good, just across the street from the mall via a parking garage. Those were the main positives. It’s extremely noisy because you can hear every nearby door slam. Water leaked out of the shower and across the bathroom floor, and the electric kettle they provided was broken. I barely interacted with the staff, so I can’t call them a downside, but they weren’t a plus either.

The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and the hotel has a clean, simple style with lots of greenery. It’s a lovely, unpretentious place, quiet with no street noise. The location is excellent, across the street from Village Market mall, with plenty of good restaurants, and within walking distance of the United Nations. The rooms are huge and have a comfortable bed, a couch, a decent-sized work table, a fridge, a kettle and tea station, plus a separate nook for suitcases and a closet. Breakfast was good and cooked in small batches, so it was always fresh. The fruit was the best I’ve tried in Nairobi, and the pineapple and papaya were the best I’ve ever had. I’d definitely stay here again!
